Terms and Conditions:


  1. Free of charge reservation:

No additional charges are applicable on any room/tour rates by TAP.


  1. Secure Payment via EasyPay

Payment processing is facilitated through the use of our third-party payment processor, i.e. EasyPay. Terms and conditions are applicable as outlined by Telenor Easypay.


  1. Payments:

Bookings are confirmed only upon reception of payment. Tentative/chance bookings or payment on arrival shall not guarantee the availability of a TAP property.


  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be informed via phone. Call us on 0800-TAP-08 (0800-827-08) and inform the team regarding the cancellation (or editing) of your stay.

In order to minimize any damages for our customers and borrowers alike, we have developed the following refund policy:

  1. Prior 1 week: 100% refund
  2. 3-7 days: 75% refund
  • Less than 3 days: 50% refund

TAP takes care to ensure that the data shared by visitors and users on our platform is secure. The purpose of this data is to provide our valued customers with a smooth and helpful experience while minimizing their efforts. Only our business partners, parent companies and relevant authorities can access this data if deemed necessary.

Extreme care has been taken in the collection and distribution of data that has been shared via our website, yet each supplier remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates, pictures and availability) displayed on our Platform.
